The Kingsmead Neighbourhood Area Plan Survey is a great opportunity to put forward your views on our area and how it can be improved. The survey is the first step on the road to a Neighbourhood Plan! Once approved, the Kingsmead plan will sit alongside the East Herts District Plan, and decisions on planning applications will be made using both the East Herts District Plan and the Kingsmead Neighbourhood Plan.
